FOR SALE: KMX Typhoon with many upgrades

I am selling my KMX Typhoon which I bought just under three years ago in January 2012.

I'm selling it because my work routine has changed and I have not been getting as much use out of it recently.

It was the stock model when I bought it:

     Steering: Direct Steer with Ackerman and Centre point

     Seat Back Angle: Adjustable between 39 and 45 degrees

     Wheels: 20” rear and 16” front Jetset Alloy Rims with 32 stainless steel spokes

     Gears: 8 speed cassette 32 – 11T

Since buying it I have carried out several upgrades and added various accessories:

Fitted XL boom (more adjustable to allow for longer legs)
Fitted triple front chainset and derailleur to give 24 gears (14-72 gear inches)
Fitted Time Freeride Z Control SPD pedals (can be used with or without cleated shoes)
Fitted Schwalbe Marathon front tyres
Fitted KMX mudguards to all three wheels
Fitted Avid BB7 front brakes and discs
Fitted replacement dual front brake lever with independent adjusters
Fitted SRAM GripShift shifters
Fitted bar ends as wrist rests and Mirrycle mountain mirrors
Fitted Topeak Super Tourist DX Disc rack
Fitted custom-made light/computer mount
Fitted Jagwire cable and housing all round
Added Purple Sky reflective flag
Added Topeak MTX QuickTrack Trunk Bag (the side pockets drop down to become panniers)
Added Philips LumiRing rear light (mounted to the bag)

I have done around 2000 miles on it in the last three years, mostly commuting to and from work and the occasional longer trip. We have a lot of hills where I live and the additional gear range provided by adding the front chainset really helped with them. The KMX karts all use standard mountain bike components for the brakes and drivetrain so it's very easy to change or upgrade parts.

I have recently given the trike a full overhaul to get it ready to sell. This has included:

Replacing rear brake cable and housing
Replacing all gear cables and housings
Replacing rubber boots on Avid BB7 brakes
Disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling the rear derailleur and cassette
Deep cleaning and relubricating the chain
Readjusting the front and rear derailleurs and brakes
All three wheels have been trued by my local bike shop

The trike is in good working order. There are some scratches to the paint work but none are particularly obvious. The wear and tear is what you would expect on a trike which has been well used. The tyres are fine although the rear tyre is a little more worn than the front tyres. I have given the bike frame a general clean but there is some light surface corrosion on the mudguard mountings and a couple of other bolts. As far as I can see there is no rust on the frame.
